Unto the Mighty Barony of Caerthe does your Web Minister, Branwen ferch Gryffudd Rhodri, send greetings:

I completed monthly updates throughout the month as necessary.

We have had 1035 hits on the site in March.  67% of these hits used the frames version of the page.

In addition to maintaining the main site, I added event sites for both Crossroads and Outlands Coronation.  In addition to this, I have begun streamlining the code in preparation of the move to the caerthe.outlands.sca.org domain.

Lord Taliesin and I attended the March 2004 web design meeting.  The next meeting is scheduled for April 26, 2004.  I am continuing my search for an active drop-dead deputy, as well as a larger website staff, as there are several larger projects that I would like to implement during the year (including a full re-design of the site and automation of several functions) that will require assistance.

Upcoming projects through February include:

• Creation of event site for St. Sebastian's, requested by Lord Tyr and the Honorable Lady Cecilia.
• Prepare website for move to the caerthe.outlands.sca.org domain.
• Add "Memories" section to website that includes archive of photos donated by Baroness Judith.
• Re-designing the current web site with a new design.
• Building a viable web design team.
• Creation of an online submissions page that will be used by both the Chronicler and the Web Minister.
• Automating the Heraldry Submission Status page (currently not up).
• Modification of the Populace page to access a backend database.
• Documentation of existing website policies.
• Training of new deputies on policies and conventions used on the website.

As a reminder, any officers or autocrats that would like to have special sections of the website, please contact the web design team, as we would love to accommodate you.  Also, if any members of the populace have ideas on how we can improve the site, or specific functionality they would like to see added, please let us know.
