Caerthan Arts and Sciences Competition: General Information

Site Amenities include:

Loading zone available outside of the Mary Reed building on the circular drive.
Elevator available from main to second floors.
Bathrooms on basement and second floors.
Parking permit REQUIRED. Will be available at Check-in table.
No kitchen.
No pets.
No alcohol — Site is dry. Participants planning to enter an alcoholic item for the Arts and Sciences competition must contact the autocrat to make special arrangements.

Because this is a college campus, parking regulations are strictly enforced and parking permits are required. Permits will be available at the check-in table for $5.00 per vehicle in a very convenient parking lot. There is a loading zone in front of the building for the immediate drop-off of passengers and other items.

There may be additional space for teaching classes. Please contact the autocrat if you are interested in teaching or demonstrating an arts and sciences topic at this event.
